Alert: Natalie Portman Is on IG

I may very well be the last person to know this, but whatever, the important thing here is that my all-time dream woman has a social media account, and it's on the pictures one, so fuckity-fuckin-a-diggity. This is a red letter day. For me specifically.

Did I ever tell you about the time I was in an elevator with Natalie Portman? Yeah, it was right after I went to Saturday Night Live that one time, which was way back before she was in Star Wars. I told her I was a really big fan, and she looked blankly over my shoulder and said, "Thank you." It was awesome.

Anyway, I really have nothing further to add, except for this post of her and a giant cauliflower:

This roasted cauliflower recipe is so easy but takes time! What are your easiest #plantbased recipes? Recipe: 1. Preheat oven to 400 2. Trim leaves of cauliflower and cut stall so it stands upright 3. Boil head down for 5 minutes 4. Place on baking tray stalk down so it stands 5. Cover with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt 6. Put in over for 1/5 - 2 hours 7. Every half hour, take it out and cover it again with avocado oil 8. Take out when top gets golden brown
